Return Policy

General terms and conditions

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following rules.

30-day trial period

You have a 30-day trial period during which you can return the purchased product without giving a reason.

In order for the product to be returned, it must be:

  • in its original packaging
  • in good condition
  • together with all included accessories

Return procedure

  1. Fill out the return form: Download return form
  2. Choose one of the following refund methods:
    • Send the shipment with cash on delivery equal to the value of the returned product
    • Fill in the IBAN in the form so that we can refund the amount by bank transfer.
  3. Send the shipment together with the completed form to the following address

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
Important: Shipments sent with delivery at our expense will not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be made:

  • by cash on delivery, if the shipment is sent this way
  • or by bank IBAN, if provided in the form

IPTV subscription refund

IMPORTANT: The amount paid for an IPTV subscription (regardless of its duration), non-refundable.

After activating the service, the client is considered to have gained access to the content, therefore the right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply.

Cancel order

Orders can be canceled within the first 6 hours after being placed.

Product replacement

Upon receipt of a defective or damaged item, we offer a replacement.
